Did you know that as a small business you may be entitled to a Small Business Grant from the NSW Government if you hire new staff? The program came into effect from the 1st July, 2015 and is designed to encourage small businesses to hire new employees and expand their business. You may be eligible for the grant if you employ a person in a new job (thereby expanding your business). The employment must be maintained for at least 12 months and the number of full time equivalent employees must be maintained for 12 months.
